    • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address if applicable.

    • For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Returns

    You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Refunds

    Partial Refunds

    Exchanges

    Shipping Costs

    • For all other returns, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £30, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
