At Batterski, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging if applicable.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@batterski.com .
Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or because it is damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £30, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.
